Parcels are delivered by TNT Express Parcel Couriers - someone must sign for the order or your parcel will taken back to your local depot. If you are out at the time of delivery,the driver will usually leave a card and call the following day . If your out again the driver will leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange an alternative delivery time.Parcels can arrive any time upto about 5.30pm, but usually arrive before 2pm.

(Should you require AM delivery an additional charge will be made). Items under 2kg are usually sent by Royal Mail recorded or special delivery. If a Saturday delivery is required (cost is an additional £12 ), please write in the Shipping notes box "Saturday delivery required, i understand it will be an additional £12"
